The case of police office being lynched to death by a blood hungry Sangh Parivar mob in Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh is taking different turns now. Uttar Pradesh CM Adityanath declared it an 'accident’ while the senior Police Officer had said something more vicious was working behind this murder. The CM who had to visit the spot soon after the incident, gave his statement only after two days of incident having rocked the state. His statement of 'accident’ is nothing but a part of the conspiracy to derail the investigation. He has indirectly indicated the real track he'd like the investigation to take, in this case.

In some sense, this murder is not an accident, but the fact that Adityanath is the CM of UP is the real accident. Video footages of Sangh Parivar and BJP members being part of this bloody in murder are already making rounds. BJP leaders have already put out their vile criticism about the murdered officer. Local Sangh Parivar goons were very displeased with the officer for having investigated the murder of Akhlaq. The officer Subodh Singh has tried to control all efforts to create communal unrest in the city for whatever reasons. Hence the fact that whether this unrest was a part of the design made to kill Subodh Singh has to be revealed through investigation.

The allegation of cow slaughter itself is a big lie staged by the Sangh Parivar. Those who slaughter the cow to settle scores, will never put it out for exhibition in an open space. In this kiss the dead cows were put out for exhibition. Then the rumors were floated. Media put out fake report that 29 cows were being slaughtered. Certain members from the Sun parov are attacked the police station. Subodh Singh was their target. They not only attacked the police officers but also killed Subodh Singh. The investigation may be significantly complete if the officers are able to understand where the cow carcasses surfaced from. But as the investigation is picking face transfers are also being done with fury. Adityanath is posting an officer who is favourable to him. For that matter, even the police would not have taken seriously if the murder was that of a common person.

They would have probably even worked to close the case off as soon as possible. Because of most of the mob killings in other parts of the country have been pushed under the rug because of the police themselves. Now the blood thirsty animals are baying for the blood of police. If the accused are not arrested, cops may find it difficult to work and discharge duties in Uttar Pradesh in the coming days. One cannot refute the role of Sangh Parivar favouring police officers in this case.

Owing to this case, a premier investigation agency must look into this case. But the only problem is, since all investigation agencies have lost their credibility with political interference, only judiciary can serve justice, if any, to Subodh Singh. Another shocking fact is that a soldier has been part of this murder conspiracy. Another reason is, it's  a common allegation that the Sangh Parivar has been employing soldiers to carry out its activities. To cause destruction and then escape like a very innocent people, using Army base, is an easy job for them. This has transpired in Bulandshahr case too. The soldier who was posted on the border has carried out this heinous act and and has gone back to join his army base.

But since the videos had captured his face, he's now been arrested. If he can be investigated, he can provide leads to youths within army with Sangh Parivar mindset, having carried out damaging acts. Guarding the country does not just mean guarding the borders because a country is well beyond the geographical borders it has. What does a soldier guard against when he can destruct the country from within?

Can we hope the country would be protected by soldiers of this mindset? Bulandshahr has been a massive revelation in understanding the designs Sangh Parivar with army manpower. The soldier caught in this case was posted in Srinagar. How can such soldier with Sangh Parivar mindset, even perform their true duties in Kashmir strife with trouble with communities? How can they promote peace there?

Those who spread hate wherever they go, how can they even come to love other communities or land? How can one even trust that they won't make the Kashmiris their object of hate? Such communal soldiers or another reason why Kashmir people have lost faith in the army. sucks orders have a big role to play in driving the Kashmiris away from India, and also creating more tension in Kashmir. Hence keeping in mind the security of the nation, it is important to recognize the soldiers with Sangh Parivar mind set so that the country can guard itself against such destruction.

New Delhi (PTI): President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday said the world saw the valour of Indian armed forces through Operation Sindoor when they destroyed terror camps on the strength of their own resources and asserted that any terror act will be responded with decisive action.

"India has proved that power can be used with responsibility and wisdom. The world has seen the valour and courage of Indian armed forces through Operation Sindoor," Murmu said in her address to both Houses of Parliament, marking the beginning of the Budget Session.

"Our nation, on the strength of our own resources, destroyed terror camps. My government sent a message that any act of terror will be responded to with resolute and decisive action," the President said, amid thumping of desks by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other parliamentarians.

Murmu said the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty was part of India's fight against terror.

"We are also working on Mission Sudarshan Chakra to further strengthen national security," the President said, adding that security forces have also taken decisive action against Maoist terror.

Following Operation Sindoor, she said, the trust on Indian defence platforms has increased.

Murmu further said her government was committed to social justice in the country.

In the third term of the government, she said, work is being done to further empower the poor, and social security benefits are available to nearly 95 crore citizens now.

"My government is committed to true social justice," she said, adding that 25 crore Indians moved out of poverty in the last 10 years.

The President also said the government has been successful in tackling corruption and scams, and ensuring proper use of public funds.

"For India, the end of the first 25 years of this century has been filled with several successes, proud achievements and extraordinary experiences. In the last 10-11 years, India has strengthened its foundation in every sector," she said.

Lauding India's celebration of the 350th martyrdom day of the ninth Sikh guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur, and the country's tribute to revered tribal leader and freedom fighter Birsa Munda on his 150th birth anniversary, Murmu said, "when the country remembers the contribution of its ancestors, the new generation gets inspiration, which further speeds up our journey towards Viksit Bharat (Developed India)."

"The country celebrated the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. During the 150th birth anniversary of Birsa Munda, the entire country paid him tribute and remembered his contribution to the tribal community," the President said.

"The events related to the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel further strengthened the sense of Ek Bharat, Shresht Bharat (One India, Best India). The entire country became witness to how Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika's birth anniversary celebrations filled the country with music and a sense of unity," Murmu said.

The President's mention of the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) scheme was met with loud protests from the Opposition benches.

Murmu said the VB-G RAM G initiative would provide guarantee for 125 days of work, would stop corruption and leakages, and provide a new impetus to rural development.

The Opposition members raised slogans demanding its rollback, even as the treasury benches thumped their desk in support of the scheme.

The President had to take a brief pause amid opposition cries of "vapas lo" (roll back) against the Act that replaced the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA).

The Opposition parties have been demanding withdrawal of the VB-G RAM G Act and restoration of MGNREGA as a rights-based law in its original form, the right to work and the authority of panchayats.

The government has, meanwhile, claimed that the new Act will further strengthen the guarantee for rural employment.
