Various places in Saudi Arabia receive rains
Jiddah: Several parts of Saudi Arabia, which rarely gets rain, received light showers that brought down the temperature of these areas on last night and this morning.
There was cloudy weather last week. There were reports of light raining two days ago. But last night, normal rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning lashed here. Today, rain lashed from morning till afternoon.
Consequently, most of the roads were waterlogged and the vehicles moved with snail pace. People, who were fed up with scorching sun, have now breathed a sigh of relief. Saud Arabia had received heavy rainfall in October 2017 as well.

Illegally stored gas cylinders seized
Thane (PTI): Authorities have seized illegally stored 1,839 gas cylinders and seven vehicles worth over Rs 67 lakh in the Dombivli MIDC area of Thane district, officials said on Saturday.
A special vigilance team of the Mumbai Rationing Department detected an illegal storage of domestic and commercial LPG cylinders in Phase-2 of Dombivli (East).
Cylinders belonging to multiple gas agencies were found stockpiled in closed vehicles, unauthorised warehouses, and open sheds without mandatory permissions from the Explosives Department, Fire Department, or oil companies, according to an official release.
