India launches fourth nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine

As diplomatic tensions with Canada simmer, India has discreetly strengthened its maritime defense by launching its fourth nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine (SSBN) at the Ship Building Centre (SBC) in Visakhapatnam.
