Pune is set to house India’s second post office built using 3D printing technology, with the construction expected to be completed in under three months. Dattatray Varadhi, Assistant Superintendent of Post Office for the Pune Region, shared that the building will be unique, as it will not rely on traditional vertical pillars, bricks, or steel. Instead, a specialized type of cement will be used for 3D printing.
