Pune: A 42-year-old software engineer, Ravi Karnani, and his wife were attacked by a group of men on motorcycles while driving on the Lavale-Nande road near Nande village, Pune, in the early hours of September 29. The attackers reportedly used iron rods to damage their car in an attempt to force them to stop. The couple managed to escape the assault and reach their home in Sus, Maharashtra.

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Union Minister H.D.
