Bengaluru youth presses emergency button in metro for ‘fun,’ fined Rs 5000

Metro services on Purple Line in Bengaluru were briefly disrupted on Tuesday after a 21-year-old man pressed the Emergency Trip System (ETS) at MG Road station. The individual, identified as Hemanth Kumar from Viveknagar, was fined Rs 5,000 for the incident.
