New Delhi: The Congress on Thursday described an all-party meeting called by the Centre on the Manipur situation as "too little, too late" and wondered what is the point of conducting such an exercise in Delhi and in the absence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Bhatkal: In an incident reported from Bhatkal, unidentified miscreants have damaged a congratulatory banner installed for the Fisheries, Ports, and Inland Transport minister Mankal Vaidya in the Belake gram panchayat.
