Bahrain : Abdul Samee Syed has won the first place in the first race of prestigious Bahrain Supersport Championship which started on Friday here.
Samee is the son of Nasir Syed , a successful young entrepreneur and bike race champion from Moodbidri in Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka who is now settled in Dubai.
Riding Bike Apprillia 125cc , Samee began the race with a bang winning first place in first race. Season first race started today which has 6 rounds . Each round will have 2 races.
2nd place was won by Saleh Al Kandari from Kuwait. 3rd place went to Yusuf Qaed.

Perth (PTI): Pacer Jasprit Bumrah completed his 11th five-wicket haul in Tests as Australia were bundled out for 104 at lunch, losing the remaining three wickets in the morning session on Day 2 to give India a handy 46-run first-innings lead in the opening match here on Saturday.
