Saudi Arabia: In what has come as a big relief to Indian citizens planning to return to Saudi Arabia after visiting their home country, the Kingdom has now announced that Indians will not be asked to quarantine in a third-country anymore under certain criteria.
The rule applies only for those Indian nationals who had visited India after taking both doses of COVID vaccine in Saudi Arabia.
According to a tweet from the Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia, it said that the above relaxation is only for Indian nationals who have travelled to India after receiving both doses of the vaccine in Saudi Arabia will be able to return to the Kingdom directly without need for quarantine in a third country.
It also mentioned that more details are awaited from India's foreign ministry.

Latur (PTI): A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by an 18-year-old man in Latur, leading to the arrest of the main accused and owners of two cafes where the crime occurred on December 4, police said on Saturday.
Police traced the girl within hours of registering the complaint. The accused, identified as Rihan Gulab Shaikh, was arrested based on the girl's complaint. Two others are owners of two cafes where the crime occurred, police said.
Police registered a case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), POCSO Act, and the Prevention of Atrocities Act, an official said.
