Saudi Arabia stops 269,678 Muslims without Hajj permits from entering Mecca

Mecca: Saudi Arabia has stopped more than 269,000 people without permits for the annual Hajj pilgrimage from entering Mecca, officials said Sunday, as authorities crack down on illegal journeys into the city.

 


K.M. Azeem re-elected as President of SKMWA, Muscat for 2025–26

K.M. Azeem, a businessman based in Muscat and originally from Karkala, has been re-elected as the President of the South Kanara Muslim Welfare Association (SKMWA) for the term 2025–26.
