Srinagar, Oct 6 : At least 13 Army men were injured when their vehicle met with an accident in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district Saturday, defence sources said.
The Army vehicle turned turtle near Kanipora in the south Kashmir district Saturday morning, they said.
Thirteen jawans were injured and they have been taken to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Their condition has been stated as stable, the sources said.

Shivamogga (PTI): Seventeen passengers were injured after a private bus overturned in Shikaripur town in the district on Monday, police said.
Of the injured, 15 sustained minor injuries, while two others suffered grievous ones, they said.
All the injured were shifted to hospitals and are stated to be out of danger, police added.
According to police, the incident occurred this morning when the bus had just entered Shikaripur town from Shivamogga.
The bus driver, in an attempt to avoid hitting a two-wheeler rider who came in its path, allegedly applied the brakes, following which the bus overturned, resulting in the accident.
The incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the vicinity, a senior police officer said.
With the help of locals who rushed to the spot immediately, the injured were taken to hospitals for treatment, police said.
Further investigation is underway.
