Sambhal: The police have raided a scrap factory owned by Kapil Singhal, brother of BJP’s Western UP regional vice president Rajesh Singhal.

During the raid, parts of dismantled vehicles were recovered, raising suspicions that stolen vehicles were being illegally scrapped at the site. An FIR has been filed against Kapil Singhal, and the investigation is ongoing.

The incident gains significance as it comes just days after both Rajesh and Kapil Singhal met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath in Lucknow on April 13 in what was described as a courtesy visit.

The meeting was officially shared on social media by the CM Office, where Kapil Singhal was identified as the State Minister of the Uttar Pradesh Vaishya Mahasabha.
