Sagar : In a tragic incident, a bike rider and a calf died after the speeding bike collided with a herd of stray cows in Sagar. The accident occurred late at night and was captured on CCTV cameras, with the footage now circulating on social media.
The deceased has been identified as Himanshu Mishra (24), a resident of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The accident took place in front of the Pradhan Chaura Group office in the district.
In the video, the speeding bike can be seen hitting a herd of stray cows sitting on the road. After the collision, Himanshu lost control of his bike and crashed into an electric pole, leading to his immediate death.
One of the cows was hit badly, tossed into the air, and showed no signs of movement afterward, indicating it likely died. The other cows, frightened by the incident, ran away from the scene.
Himanshu Mishra, the lone child of his parents, died in the tragic accident.

Kasaragod: The case involving the discovery of a young man’s body in Seethangoli, Kumble, has been solved with the arrest of the main accused, police said.
The accused has been identified as Srinivas (39), a resident of Kotekar in Kumble. The deceased, Safaid (30), was a resident of Padladka, Bapalipona, Mundithadka. His body was found in a deserted area near Seethangoli Pet on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the accused allegedly killed Safaid by assaulting him on the head. The motive is suspected to be previous enmity. Police have recovered the weapon used in the crime from the scene.
Further investigation is underway.
