Mumbai: A US-based fan of Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra, Minoo Vasudeva, has alleged that she lost Rs 50 lakh after being deceived by the administrators of a fan page for the actor. The admins, identified as Aliza and Husna Parveen, reportedly convinced Vasudeva that Malhotra's life was in danger and solicited financial aid to help him.
In a recent post on her ‘X’ handle @desi_girl334, Vasudeva claimed that the fan page admins told her that Malhotra's wife, Kiara Advani, had coerced the actor into marrying her by threatening his family and using black magic on him.
Vasudeva stated that one of the admins contacted her for financial assistance, allegedly with the help of Deepak Dubey, who posed as a PR team member, and Radhika, who claimed to be an informer from Advani’s team. Additionally, Vasudeva was asked to pay for insider information and weekly interactions with Malhotra, which she now believes were fabricated reasons to extort money from her.
In her post, Vasudeva shared screenshots of conversations with the fan page admins and demanded justice, along with a refund of the Rs 50 lakh she lost. Other fans of Malhotra have begun sharing her post and tagging the actor to draw his attention to the matter. As of now, Sidharth Malhotra has not responded, and Vasudeva has not confirmed whether she has approached the police regarding the incident.
