New Delhi: Devendra Fadnavis led BJP in Maharashtra which claimed the stakes on government has won another day to tick its boxes as the Supreme Court of India, hearing the matter has reserved its verdict to be delivered on Tuesday 10:30 am.

In a hurried turn of events, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari invited Devendra Fadnavis for swearing in as the CM of the State along with NCP leader Ajith Pawar who was sworn-in as the Dy.CM of Maharashtra hours after the Sena, NCP and Congress announced their consensus that the three parties will join forces to form the government in the state with Sena chief Uddhav Thackrey leading it as the CM.

Sena, Congress and NCP had knocke the doors of Supreme Court claiming stakes at government adding that it enjoyed support from 154 MLAs in the assembly. The plea had also asked SC to direct the BJP to undergo floor test immediately.

The Court after hearing the matter did not pass any order on Monday and reserved it for Tuesday morning.

Tirupati (PTI): A Chennai-based devotee on Saturday donated an electric bus to TTD, which the temple body promised to utilise for freely ferrying pilgrims.

Vardhaman Jain handed over the keys of the bus to TTD additional executive officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary.

"Jain donated an electric bus to TTD on Saturday morning," said an official press release from the temple body.

The donor performed special prayers for the bus in front of the Sri Venkateswara temple.

TTD is the official custodian of Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple, considered the richest Hindu shrine in the world.
