Netherlands tourist allegedly harassed on Delhi-Agra train, captures incident on camera

A female tourist from the Netherlands, identified as Andy Avocado, reported being harassed by a co-passenger during her journey on a Delhi-Agra train. She alleged that the man repeatedly clicked pictures of her without her consent, causing her discomfort.
