AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak granted bail in Delhi excise policy case

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Durgesh Pathak was granted bail by the Rouse Avenue Court on Wednesday in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. Pathak, who appeared in court in response to a summons, was granted bail after furnishing a bond of ₹1 lakh.
