A 38-year-old software engineer, Karthikeyan, allegedly electrocuted himself at his residence in Thazhambur, near Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), on Thursday night. His wife, Jayarani, discovered his body after returning from a temple visit, according to police reports.
