Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday offered tributes to India's first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary.

Security forces carried out a controlled demolition at the Pulwama home of Dr Umar-un-Nabi, a key suspect in the Red Fort explosion earlier this week.
