BJP lawmaker Varun Gandhi Tuesday said when he raised objections about increase in salaries of MPs, he got a call from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), asking "why are you increasing our troubles?"


Man held for posing as police official, thrashing shop owner

A 36-year-old man was arrested for allegedly posing as a police officer and thrashing a shop owner, police said Tuesday.

The accused, Deepak Choudhary alias Deepak Maan, a resident of Chattarpur Enclave. During investigation, it was found that he was a property dealer not a police official, they added.
