Pahalgam attack: US urges India, Pak to de-escalate tensions; backs Delhi's fight against terrorism

New Delhi: The US has urged India and Pakistan to work together to de-escalate tensions over the Pahalgam terror attack as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held separate talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to emphasise on maintaining "peace and security" in South Asia.

 


GST revenue hits record high of Rs 2.37 lakh crore in April, up 12.6 pc

New Delhi: Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection rose 12.6 per cent Y-o-Y to an all-time high of about Rs 2.37 lakh crore in April, reflecting strong economic activity and March-end reconciliation of books by businesses.
