Maharashtra mandates Marathi-only social messages on commercial vehicles from Gudi Padwa

The Maharashtra government has directed that all social messages displayed on commercial vehicles registered in the state must be in Marathi. The rule will come into effect from Gudi Padwa, the Marathi New Year.
