Mangalore: The Bearys Group has officially announced the grand launch of its much-awaited mixed-use development project, 'Bearys Turning Point', in Deralakatte, Mangalore. Though initially scheduled to open in 2020, the project was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, with work nearing completion, the Bearys Group is ready to welcome the public for the grand launch on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 4:30 PM at Bearys Turning Point, Deralakatte.
On opening day, the mall will host free games for all visitors at its gaming hub. The retail complex will house more than 45 shops, and the next phase will see the opening of a sprawling hypermarket along with flagship outlets of leading global retail brands. The management noted that over 25,000 students who reside and study in the Deralakatte education hub, along with residents of nearby areas including from neighbouring Kerala, will benefit from the mall's presence.
