Chopped head, body parts of woman found dumped in helmet, gunny bag in Mangaluru
Mangaluru: In a suspected case of murder, local police on Sunday morning found a chopped head a pieces of body of a woman at KPT locality here.
According to reports, when a local shopkeeper opened his shop on Sunday morning, he noticed a suspicious gunny bag and a helmet at the premises of his shop. Upon inspection he found a chopped head inside the helmet and other body parts in the gunny bag.
Kadri police investigating the case added that a CCTV Camera installed at a nearby location has revealed that a bike-borne person coming to the shop at night and dropping helmet and the bag at the shop premises.
Kadri Police soon reached the spot and is carrying out investigations in the matter.
The identity of the woman and other details have not been ascertained yet. More details awaited.

Over 270 flights delayed, 10 cancelled at Delhi airport
New Delhi (PTI): At least 10 flights were cancelled and more than 270 flights were delayed at the Delhi airport due to fog and low visibility conditions on Tuesday.
An official said 6 arrivals and 4 departures have been cancelled for the day.

Over 270 flights have been delayed and the average delay time for departures is 29 minutes, as per information available on flight tracking website Flightradar24.com.
"Visibility at the airport is improving; however, flight departures for certain destinations may experience delay," Delhi airport operator DIAL said in a post on X.
The Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in the national capital handles around 1,300 flight movements daily.
