Udupi: Persistent rainfall over the past few days has led to severe flooding in the Karamballi Venkataramana Layout, under the Udupi Municipal Council. Many houses in the area have been inundated, causing significant distress among residents.
The heavy rains have caused a nearby ditch to overflow, resulting in tens of homes being flooded. Vehicles, including bikes and cars parked in front of these houses, are submerged.
