Four arrested in Konaje house robbery case
Mangaluru: The Mangaluru Police have arrested four individuals in connection with a house robbery in Konaje. The announcement was made by Mangaluru Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal during a press conference.
The suspects have been identified as Shihab, a resident of Manjeshwar; Arfraz of Bajpe; Safwan; and Jamsheer.

The incident took place on July 10 when the Konaje police, during routine checks at the Mudungarukatte check post, detained the suspects in a car. Upon interrogation, it was discovered that multiple cases had been registered against them.
Commissioner Agarwal also revealed that the main accused, Ashraf Ali, had already been apprehended by the Kumble police.

Trump says suspect was armed with multiple weapons at WH correspondents' dinner
Washington (PTI): President Donald Trump is addressing reporters at the White House after he and other top leaders of the United States were evacuated from an annual dinner of White House correspondents on Saturday night after a shooting incident outside the ballroom.
Trump said the suspect was armed with multiple weapons before stopped by Secret Service. One officer was shot, but he was protected by a bulletproof vest.
“He was shot from very close distance with a very powerful gun, and the vest did the job,” Trump said.
