Kundapura : Aged woman slipped into well, drowned
Kundapura: An aged woman who has been to the well to lift the water slipped accidentally into it and drowned at Kattu near Hemmadi village in the taluk on Wednesday.
The deceased is identified as Ammakka Poojarthi (73). She has been to the open well situated at the field belonging to Chandu Devadiga at around 1.30 pm.But she could not balance her body and slipped into it. Following a complaint from her son Raju Poojary, Kundapur police registered a case.
