Belthangady: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the alleged mass burial case in Dharmasthala has found no human remains at the third marked site, where an excavation was carried out on Wednesday afternoon.

According to sources, the SIT began digging at the third location earlier today, but no skeletal remains or related evidence were recovered during the operation. Following this, officials have now moved their focus to the fourth site that had been marked for investigation.

Earlier in the day, the SIT had also carried out a detailed operation at the second marked location from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. However, even there, no signs or evidence of any buried human remains were found, sources confirmed.
