‘Government’s performance is not as expected’ Swamiji’s statement
Mangaluru: Pajavara Shree is a seer. How much he has learned about the central government’s achievements through media and how much information he has obtained from activists? She told this to media persons while addressing a press conference following the Pejavara Shree’s statement in which he had said that the central government’s performance is not as expected.
“I do not know on what basis the Pejawara Shree has given this statement. Ganga cleaning is a massive project. It is not easy to clean the garbage from Agra to various parts of the country. However, those who have seen the Ganges four years ago can come to know how is it now,” she said.
“The central government has passed a bill to bring back black money from foreign countries. Black money needs to be brought back by adjusting with the rules of foreign countries. Measures are being taken up in that regard,” the BJP MP added.

Minor girl kidnapped and raped; main accused and two cafe owners held
Latur (PTI): A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by an 18-year-old man in Latur, leading to the arrest of the main accused and owners of two cafes where the crime occurred on December 4, police said on Saturday.
Police traced the girl within hours of registering the complaint. The accused, identified as Rihan Gulab Shaikh, was arrested based on the girl's complaint. Two others are owners of two cafes where the crime occurred, police said.
Police registered a case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), POCSO Act, and the Prevention of Atrocities Act, an official said.
