Moodbidri, July 26: Following threats in social media against Esha Vittala Dasa Swamiji of Kemaru Mutt for demanding probe into the suspicious death of Shiroor mutt swamiji, Krishna Poojary, a disciple of the swamiji booked a case at the Moodbidri police station here on Thursday demanding legal action against those who threaten the swamiji.

In his complaint, Poojary said that some miscreants have been tarnishing the image of Kemaru swamiji who has been involving in social service, in social media and threatening him. In the accounts of SM Vanamali and Manjunath Udupa Kuntara, swamiji’s photo was shared along with a write up insulting and threatening the swamiji, he said.

Moodbidri police registered a case.
