Udupi: 33-year-old individual drowns in sea, dies
Udupi (Byndoor): In a tragic incident, a 33-year-old individual lost his life after accidently falling into the sea while fishing on Monday at Alivegadde near Shiroor village.
The deceased youth has been identified as Neji Mohammad Rizwan (33).

The incident is learnt to have taken place when Rizwan was fishing in the sea near Aliwegadde port, when he slipped off while attempting to drop fishing nets and died.
A case regarding the incident has been registered at the Byndoor Police Station.

DHL cargo plane crashes in Lithuania
Vilnius (AP/PTI): A DHL cargo plane crashed Monday morning near the Lithuanian capital.
The Lithuanian airport authority identified the aircraft as a “DHL cargo plane flying from Leipzig, Germany, to Vilnius Airport.”
It posted on the social platform X that city services including a fire truck were on site.
DHL Group, headquartered in Bonn, Germany, did not immediately return a call for comment.
