Belagavi: As a case of Honey Trap videos of some MLAs has surfaced, nine disqualified MLAs are connected to this case; said Former chief minister and JDS legislature party leader HD Kumaraswamy.
Speaking to reporters after campaigning for the party candidate in the Gokak constituency on Sunday, he said that there were not only two disqualified MLAs in the Honey trap case. Instead, there are nine. However, I will not do any low level politics on this matter, he added.
"Farmers loan of Rs. 1.80 crores has been waved off in Hirenandi village in this constituency. Our candidate did not build a large sugar factory. He is not doing 'Sahukargiri' by keeping the farmers sugar cane bills pending," Kumaraswamy expressed outrage against disqualified MLA Ramesh Jarakiholi.
