Bengaluru, May 22: KPCC president Dr G Parameshwar said that big challenge before both JDS and Congress is to make the coalition government-led by HD Kumaraswamy a success.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, Parameshwar said that there was no discussion on keeping Kumaraswamy as Chief Minister for five years. Soon after the swearing in ceremony, leaders of both the parties would sit and discuss the issue. There should be give and take policy between two parties. Allotment of portfolios was also not finalized. Decision on giving Deputy Chief Minister post would be taken based on the experience and capacity. The DCM post could be announced by tomorrow, he added.

There are chances of some Congress leaders taking oath as ministers along with Kumaraswamy during swearing in ceremony, he said.
