Bengaluru, May 6: As the voting day is just six days ahead for the Karnataka Assembly election, political parties have been engaging in mudslinging on each other. Interestingly, this election has gained much curiosity as social media is playing a major role in campaigning and bullying others. Majorly, Twitter is the most popular platform to make comments and attacks. No party is lagging behind in utilizing the social media. Most importantly, both Congress and BJP have been indulging in verbal duals through Twitter. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah have personally engaging in Twitter war.
Today, BJP IT cell head Amith Malaviya has become a laughing stock because of a post tweeted by him on former Congress chief minister S Nijalingappa. In a hurry to comment, Amith Malaviya has tweeted on May 5 as “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been exposing the fake love of Congress leaders towards dalits. Modi has been describing how Nehru-Gandhi family had treated Ambedkar and Ninjalingappa, he tweeted.

Besides spelling Karnataka former chief minister Nijalingappa’s name as ‘Ninjalingappa’, Malaviya has done another blunder terming Nijalingappa as a dalit leader and thus he has become a laughing stock. For this tweet, Kannadigas have attacked Amith Malaviya.
“What Ninja? Are an IT Cell head? Instead of WhatsApp, Google Search could help you. Amith don’t believe all in WhatsApp”, tweeted Srujana.
Another person tweeted as “they are not dalit and his name was not ‘Ninja-Lingappa”. However, another posted a photo of Ninja fighter with a sword in his hand.
