Bengaluru: BJP National General Secretary in-charge of Karnataka P Muralidhar Rao, who knows the party inside out by the virtue of his position, has said that forming government is crucial for BJP in Karnataka.
In an interview given to Deccan Herald, BJP secretary said “for the BJP cadre, the party emerging victorious and forming the government is more important than their personal ambition.”
Muralidhar, who has been closely involved in the candidate-selection process too, said “the number of aspirants in BJP is high. We have a multi-layered system managed by numerous people to avoid conflicting interest or personal ambition. We will deal with the situation and it will not go against the prospects of the party.”
