Hassan: A 28-year-old youngster, learned to be a native of Nepal, reportedly died suddenly while having dinner at a hotel with his friends on Tuesday night. The cause for death is yet to be ascertained.
The youngster is said to have been employed in a reputed hotel on BM Road in the city.
On Tuesday night, he was having dinner with his friends at a hotel in Basattikoppal when he suddenly started vomiting and died in barely a few seconds, having stopped breathing.
The Town Police Sub-inspector Mohan Krishna and personnel visited the hostel and held an inspection. The youngster’s body was shifted to the Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) in an ambulance.

Mumbai (PTI): A 75-year-old man died after some portion of a slab in a two-storey residential structure collapsed on him in Mumbai's Bhandup area on Saturday morning, officials said.
The incident occurred at Tulshipada in Patkar Compound of Bhandup West around 9.45 am, they said.
"The victim, identified as Susai Daevdas Kaunder, was injured when some part of the slab on the upper floor of a two-storey structure fell on him," a civic official said.
He was immediately taken to nearby Navkaar Hospital, where he was declared dead, the official said.
