Read book written by your own MP: Siddaramaiah hits back at Janardhan Reddy
Bengaluru, October 29: “Mr. Janardhan Reddy, instead of shedding tears saying that Siddaramaiah has jailed me for four years without reason, read this book written by your own party MP”, said former chief minister Siddaramaiah to Janardhan Reddy.
Former minister Janardhan Reddy has said that ‘Siddaramaiah has tortured mine and Sriramulu families. He has jailed me for four years and devastated my life”. Responding to Reddy’s statement, Siddaramaiah gave vented his ire in Twitter.
Tagging the front page of the book ‘Mining Mafia: Ivaru Yaru Gottenu, Ivara Kathe Helalenu’, written by BJP MP Pratap Simha regarding the illegal mining in the state, Siddaramaiah took Reddy to task.
Ridiculing in Twitter, Siddaramaiah said that “Mr Janardhan Reddy, instead of shedding tears saying that Siddaramaiah has jailed me for four years without reason, read this book written by your own party MP. You will come to know what crime you have done to go to jail”.
Pratap Simha retaliates
Reacting to Siddaramaiah’s tweet, MP Pratap Simha said that ‘hey Siddaramaiah, after shouting that Kumaraswamy won’t become chief minister, you have offered unconditional support and begged his father to make Kumaraswamy as chief minister. Have you forgotten the press conference you have conducted with the person you have termed as scoundrel, he asked in his Twitter response.
