MB Patil says he willl write to Navy seeking investigation in Suvarna Tribhuja boat allegations
Allegations are being made that a Navy boat collided with the fishing boat killing all seven onboard
Vijayapura: Karnataka Home Minister MB Patil on Wednesday added that he will write to Indian Navy seeking probe into the allegations of an Indian Navy Ship colliding with Suvarna Tribhuja fishing boat that went missing on December 15 last year after venturing into waters for fishing from Malpe in Udupi district on December 13.
Patil said that he will write a letter to the DG of Internal Security Department seeking thorough investigation into the matter.
Speaking to reporters in the City on Wednesday, he said "Indian Navy has found the wreckage of Suvarna Tribhuja boat in 60 meter deep in the sea off Malvan coast. However, there is no clue about fishermen yet. The Navy will be asked to investigate the authenticity of the wreckage and the allegations that are being made in this regard".

Trump says suspect was armed with multiple weapons at WH correspondents' dinner
Washington (PTI): President Donald Trump is addressing reporters at the White House after he and other top leaders of the United States were evacuated from an annual dinner of White House correspondents on Saturday night after a shooting incident outside the ballroom.
Trump said the suspect was armed with multiple weapons before stopped by Secret Service. One officer was shot, but he was protected by a bulletproof vest.
“He was shot from very close distance with a very powerful gun, and the vest did the job,” Trump said.
