Bengaluru, May 11: The first ACMM court has extended the judicial custody of Mohmmed Nalapad, son of MLA NA Harris, arrested on charges of assaulting Vidwat, till May 25. The judicial custody of Nalapad and other accused is supposed to end on May 11. But the judge who heard the arguments through video conference, announced the verdict.
In view of this, Nalapad and his associates have to stay in judicial custody for 14 more days. Since the police have failed to file charge sheet against the accused within 60 days, the court has extended the judicial custody of the accused till May 11. Once again their judicial custody was extended now.
Nalapad and his friends have reportedly assaulted Vidwath at Farji Café at UB City in Bengaluru on February 17.
