Four teams formed to trace the culprits
Mysuru: Four unidentified assailants gang raped a woman when she was commuting with her friend on a bike at Srirampur Ring Road on the outskirts of Mysuru city on Wednesday. Her boyfriend has allegedly assaulted by the miscreants following which his leg has been fractured.
The incident occurred when the woman, a resident of KG Koppalu, was allegedly moving with his friend in the limits of Jayapura Police Station. At this point, four unknown men, who were consuming alcohol in a car, ragged her away from the main road and sexually assaulted her. The boyfriend attempted to stop the miscreants but was then bludgeoned with a stone.
Inspector Jayaprakash and staff of Rural Police Station visited the spot and launched the investigation. Both were taken to a government hospital. The police have formed four teams to find out the accused.

Trump says suspect was armed with multiple weapons at WH correspondents' dinner
Washington (PTI): President Donald Trump is addressing reporters at the White House after he and other top leaders of the United States were evacuated from an annual dinner of White House correspondents on Saturday night after a shooting incident outside the ballroom.
Trump said the suspect was armed with multiple weapons before stopped by Secret Service. One officer was shot, but he was protected by a bulletproof vest.
“He was shot from very close distance with a very powerful gun, and the vest did the job,” Trump said.
