In an incident that reportedly occurred early on Monday, BJP MLA of the North Vidhana Sabha constituency Anil Benake’s office at Chavata lane was pelted with stones. 

High schools in Karnataka reopened on Monday after being shut from last Wednesday following untoward incidents in parts of the State over the hijab row.

Bengaluru: Karnataka on Sunday reported 2,372 new cases of COVID-19 and 27 fatalities, taking the tally to 39,26,669 and toll to 39,640.
