Four-year-old girl orphaned as parents succumb to COVID-19 in Karnataka's Chamrajnagar

Chamrajnagar: In a heart-wrenching incident reported from Chamrajnagar district, a 4-year-old girl has been orphaned after both her parents have succumbed to COVID-19. The incident has been reported from Kottalawadi Taluk here.

Chamrajnagar: In a shocking development reported from Chamrajnagar district, 14 people who were being treated for COVID-19 have succumbed to the virus from Sunday morning to Monday morning.

 

May 9: Karnataka adds 47,930 COVID-19 infections, 490 deaths

Bengaluru: Karnataka's COVID-19 tally surged to 19.34 lakh as 47,930 fresh infections were recorded while 490 deaths took the cumulative fatalities to 18,776, the health department said on Sunday.
