DK Shivakumar moves to HC, seeks quashing of ED summons and IT proceedings

Bengaluru: Karnataka cabinet minister DK Shivakumar, who is facing the charges of willfully evading tax, filing of false income tax returns and criminal conspiracy and was served with Enforcement Directorate’s summons to be present in person at its office on February 8, in connection with the investigations, has moved to the Karnataka High Court seeking the quashing ED summons and IT proceedings against him.
