HC notice to 11 candidates including BJP MLA SV Ramachandra

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday issued notice to Jagalur MLA SV Ramachandra against winning the Assembly election by producing fake caste certificate. The HC also issued notices to remaining 11 candidates contested in the last Assembly election.

Mysuru : Senior couple jumped to Kapila river to get salvation

With a superstitious belief that they would get salvation if they drowned in Kapila River, an aged couple jumped into the river to commit suicide at Nanjangud on Tuesday.
