A 55-year-old man lost his life after the car he was driving crashed into a roadside tree near Sakrebailu in Shivamogga taluk recently.

Rowdy-sheeter Karthik (32) was hacked to death using lethal weapons, reportedly by a group of men, outside a hotel in Varuna taluk shortly past midnight on Monday.
