Dubai: Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are set to take on the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Monday evening for eliminator match at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium here.

Ahead of the crucial match, the franchise on Monday afternoon confirmed that it has released two of its players from Bio-bubble as they head towards national duty and ahead of ICC T20 World Cup.

In a tweet from its official Twitter handle, the RCB said that Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera, both part of the Sri Lanka’s international team that will play the T20 World Cup qualifiers in UAE, were released from the RCB bio bubble.

The RCB handled wished the duo and thanked them for their professionalism and hard work during the IPL.

“OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Wanindu Hasaranga & Dushmantha Chameera have been released from the RCB bio bubble as they join up with the SL team for their #WT20 qualifiers. We wish both of them the best & thank them for their professionalism & hard work during #IPL2021.” RCB said in a statement.

New Delhi (PTI): At least 10 flights were cancelled and more than 270 flights were delayed at the Delhi airport due to fog and low visibility conditions on Tuesday.

An official said 6 arrivals and 4 departures have been cancelled for the day.

Over 270 flights have been delayed and the average delay time for departures is 29 minutes, as per information available on flight tracking website Flightradar24.com.

"Visibility at the airport is improving; however, flight departures for certain destinations may experience delay," Delhi airport operator DIAL said in a post on X.

The Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in the national capital handles around 1,300 flight movements daily.
