Belagavi (Karnataka) (PTI): A grand ‘Tirupati Venkateshwara Temple’ is set to come up atop a hill in Kolikoppa village on the outskirts of Belagavi city at an estimated cost of Rs 100 crore.

For this mega project, seven acres of land were officially handed over to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) administration on behalf of the Belagavi Reddy Sangha, a press release said.

The president of Karnataka State Reddy Janasangha, Lakshmana Reddy, and the president of Belagavi Reddy Sangha, Ramanna Mullura, handed over the land documents to TTD board member S Naresh Kumar.
