Joe Biden to become next President of USA; Victory confirmed after he won Pennsylvania: US media
Washington: Joe Biden has won the US presidency over Donald Trump, TV networks projected Saturday -- a victory sealed after the Democrat claimed several key battleground states won by the Republican incumbent in 2016.
CNN, NBC News and CBS News called the race in his favor, after projecting he had won the decisive state of Pennsylvania.
Biden, 77, is the oldest candidate ever elected to the White House. Trump, 74, has made as yet unsubstantiated claims of massive voter fraud, and his campaign has launched legal challenges in several states.
Biden spent eight years as vice president to Barack Obama. His victory comes in his third run for the nation's highest office.

3 dead, 1 injured as car overturns in Rajasthan's Jhunjhunu
Jaipur (PTI): Three men were killed and another injured after a car overturned on Mandrella Road in Rajasthan's Jhunjhunu on Sunday, police said.
The accident occurred when a stray animal came in front of the moving car, due to which the driver lost control over the vehicle, they said.
"The vehicle overturned, jumped several metres and fell into a farm. Three men travelling in the car died on the spot, while one was critically injured," the police said.
The deceased were identified as Vijay, Gaurav and Sunil, all residents of Jhunjhunu. The injured, Jitendra, was given primary treatment and later referred to Jaipur in a critical condition.
The police said the victims were returning from a bhajan programme in Sonasar.
