Pakistan PM reacts to India's COVID situation; Here's what he said
Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister and former Pakistan Cricketer Imran Khan on Saturday expressed solidarity with the people of India as it fights the deadly second wave of COVID-19.
Imran Khan took to his Twitter handle and added that the global challenge of Coronavirus must be fought together and said they pray for the speedy recovery of all those suffering from the pandemic in their neighborhood and the world.
“I want to express our solidarity with the people of India as they battle a dangerous wave of COVID-19. Our prayers for a speedy recovery go to all those suffering from the pandemic in our neighbourhood & the world. We must fight this global challenge confronting humanity together” Imran Khan wrote in the tweet.
India has been grappled by one of the worst second waves of COVID-19 that has seen it struggling to fulfill its own demand of oxygen supply and ventilator. The country is also witnessing a sharp scarcity of ICU beds across the country that has added to the suffering of the people.

Three fresh explosions reported in Qatar’s capital Doha
Doha: At least three new explosions were heard in Qatar’s capital, Doha, according to initial reports.

The blasts were reported amid ongoing tensions in the region following recent military exchanges. There was no immediate official confirmation on the cause of the explosions or whether there were any casualties.
