Gaza: World Central Kitchen (WCK) has suspended its operations in Gaza following the tragic death of its staff in an Israeli airstrike.

In a press release, the US-based humanitarian organization expressed deep sorrow, stating, "A vehicle carrying World Central Kitchen colleagues was hit by an Israeli airstrike in Gaza." The organization is still gathering information and clarified that it has no evidence linking any of the individuals in the vehicle to Hamas.

Local reports indicate that an Israeli aircraft struck a vehicle in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, on Saturday, killing the WCK employees inside. In contrast, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed the strike targeted a militant involved with Hamas activities.
